Consultancy

Help on the end of the phone

SECCA provides a consultancy service to disability service providers, family members, allied health professionals and teachers of people with disability.

SECCA also collaborates with other agencies such as Disability Services Commission, Office of the Public Advocate and other NGOs to provide support to staff in rural and regional areas working with people with disabilities and sexuality issues.

Consultancies are conducted over the phone, via email, and sometimes face to face in SECCA’s West Perth offices. Please note there is a fee for interstate consults, contact us for a quote.

Our education and counselling staff offer:

  • information and strategies that may be helpful for particular situations
  • resources pertaining to particular issues (including those found in SECCA’s library)
  • information regarding SECCA’s services for individuals and families or significant carers
  • information about SECCA’s community and professional development programs.

Organisational Consultancy

SECCA consults to organisations which seek to run best-practice policy and management around disability support, as it relates to sexuality and relationships.  SECCA is available to be contracted to participate in all or part of the process, from early consultation and advice, to full development and implementation of a program or policy for an agency.

Please contact SECCA for further information about our consultancy services.

The SECCA App can help you teach relationships and sexuality education.
